Day 1 of fasting:
By dinner time the hunger sets in. Your thirsty but your hungry.
Day 2 of fasting:
Most of the food has left your body by now. You are more thirsty than hungry. Your sweat carries out the rest of the toxins in your body. Some people start to panic.
Day 3 of fasting:
You may be able to smell what others had for breakfast. The smell of other peoples breath may make you sick. At this point your body is no longer functioning on food and water energy, but your spiritual energy kicks in. You might be able to sense things better in the natural environment.
Day 4 of fasting:
Is a day to test patience before the fasting is done. Your senses maybe at their highest on this day.
Then when you start coming down, eat slow. Your body will eject anything you put in it at first. Fruits will taste better than anything you've eatin in your life before. Even after eating, you'll continue to operate in this hightened state for days later. Becareful at this time because you might find your self doing strange things.
