shadowboxin sample and im pretty sure motherless child just chopped differently ive given it one listen so far also think atleast 1 kung fu movie sample is reused also

Molasses is Shadowboxin' from Liquid Swords & Throw Your Flag Up from Digital Bullet. Only kung fu sample reused from what I hear is the beginning of 'Snake Pond' when he says 'Shaolin is the foundation'. Thats what Cilvaringz 'Poison Ring Chamber' from 2007 is & 'Butter Knives' when you hear 'They say hes a swordsman', I cant remember where thats from but its earlier Wu

holy fuck this album bangs! I accidentally punched my girl in the mouth when wu chant came on i hope she's gonna be ok.

rock and roll doesnt fit and chop chop ninja hook is kind of annoying but the rest of the song is fire

other than that the only complaint i have is the 2 bonus tracks he left off are both better than about 60% of the album. the wu crime track just sounds so epic. If rae replaced rock and roll with Wu crime and tagged the Havoc produced joint somewhere on there the album would be a certified 6 mic classic imo.

i'm excited about hip hop again.

Hot ass album. Not as bangin as I expected after reading the posts in this thread though. Rae has to understand that after dropping CL2 many will find the album a little dissapointing. I don't. I knew it wouldn't be on that level. Shit's hot!

shit is amazing. better than cl2. when cl2 dropped i was like "yeah this shit is dope he didnt fuck it up" when i heard svw i was like "holy fuck this is amazing". i skipped the 15 year old nas song and rock n roll but the only complaint i have really is why he paid estelle to come in and try to sound like blue raspberry instead of cutting blue ras a check to bless the track. it upsets me but the track is still banging. i thought this was supposed to be not so wu sounding?? this is the most wu sounding album i've heard in years.
