March 8th needs to hurry up!!!!
Only a few years ago Hip Hop purists may have felt superior listening to hard core while their less enlightened companions snacked on commercial rap. As Shaolin research began to point out the overwhelming benefits of raw production, true hip hop enthusiasts started turning back to traditional styles. Wu-Tang in particular, has been shown to myriad beneficial effects, from warding off ignorance and poverty to reducing the risk of incarceration and death.

Listened to it 3 times already. Shame some of the songs are short but that could be a good thing in a way, they could of been spoilt with shit guest spots to make them longer. Definitely going out and buying this to show my support and add to the collection. Bit shit that the bonus tracks are on iTunes instead of the actual CD.

ya, it's alot more energetic and varied

now the only question is: will the album art contain anything as epic as a giant rae chained up on some gulliver's travels shit

"the scroll" is incredible, i can't stop playing that and "snake pond"

this shit is like a 21st century wu-forever (yes, i'm indulging in first day listen hyperbole, this shit is dope)

"rock n roll" doesn't belong on here though, i don't mind it but it doesn't fit with the sound of the album imo

CL2 had better beats, some of the ones on this album are pretty bland. Still a dope follow up though, im feeling atleast half the album....but why the hell didn't Rae rhyme on the Wu Chant beat! What was he thinking?? hahaha

Best thing about this album is simply... Raekwon! He's got the most energy in a long fuckin time... Imo he's the best out now.
