Nothing official but there is a rumor that this could be a list of a few characters planned for the game:

GTA IV was called "Frozen" while it was in development so "Rush" could be a codename for the next GTA.

man an ill concept would be if like you said europe but suppose they had a map and the concept is your trying to catch this villain but you keep traveling moving from say europe to another place say brazil from brazil to russia, etc.

I doubt that, GTA 4 was in liberty city and it didn't ruin GTA 3.

^maybe not for you but GTA 4 left me disappointed in general

after San Andreas came out and was such a pinnicle of GTA games, i wasnt impressed but the game play and story of GTA 4. but ya i guess it didnt ruin Liberty City

but if they went to SanAn theyd have to give everything in the first SanAndreas and more
