I actually don't mind the wu going to aftermath but imagine 50 cent on the new cuban linx album that would be a joke. But at the same time I don't want to see wu and g-unit form together. I hate g-unit. Keep them seperate

"And when your album sales wasn't doin too good
who's the Doctor they told you to go see?"

This is a quote from 'forgot about dre". this is what I'm talkin about. now people gonna say wu-tang had to go to dre so they can sell records, meaning that rza cannot do it... wu's gone platinum w/ rza behind'em why change now

I'm sure that if the Wu would only sign to Aftermath if they incist on giving RZA full control. Wu-Tang had always been known for their famous Wu-Tang deal they signed in the past, which allowed them to release solo-albums on other labels. If they an achieve this, I'm sure they'll know how to negotiate and not making any mistakes.

Even though I don't like most music Aftermath is putting out, I really think it's the best solution for the Clan, because they simply know how to promote their shit.

i think it would be tight....aftermath aint all commercial....dre anint ..obi trice....

actually rza talked about it..withdre..they might go up with it......right now dre is producing 3 or 4 beats for the newrea cd comming up.....i think it would help wutang rise ...couse with dre and rza collabing on beats ...2 super producers .....shit woul;d be nice...just dont to many collabs with them tho...no 50 , gunit...i wouldnt mind em or dre of busta...withc is on the next rea cd.....or obi.......or have a big ass song with d-12 and the whole wu tang..lol..

but i dont think it will happen ..dre is wasy to bizzy with shit...he could sing em and let them do thier own shit..maybe help a lil

but it was in talks with rza and dre....and it still could happen..if they had to sing to a compony it should be aftermath..nothing els..every body else is wack ..no damen dash..i hate rockafella wack cats....rockafella to commercial to...aftermath isnt ...maybe shady and gunit but not aftermath

wu tang needs to sell....50k...ahaha yea right..rza would be broke...with about 8 peeps on a cin 12 to 15 tracks...studio time would cost that much...the need atleast 700k to stayalive on a full wu cd.... a solo maybe 300k but nother under it...u need to be atleast gold ....tro pay off every thing on a solo joint....u need to seel more so u have more fans..so when u toure more peeps would show so u will get more money...not that money is a issue...but the need to break even on sales for cds..so they wont go broke....

any hiphop purist, by that i mean NY NY Hiphop fans, would tell you west coast production and east coast mc's don't mix. it may work on a few tracks if hte mc's really nice, but overall that shit never works. examples: rakim (didn't even see the light of day) the firm shit was whack, ...

however, nice west coast mc's always shine on east coast beats: kurupt and deck on pete rock's first joint, xzibit w/ dela (i think x sounded better b4 he started working w/ dre)

oh, (by the way, when i say NY hiphop i'm referrin to a form of hiphop, and not necessarily NYC the place. You could be from anywhere and play ny hiphop)

fuck all this aftermath and dame dash talk, wu should just sign to nature sounds, they dont even need promotion since everyone who knows about the wu will buy their record anyway, plus theyll make more $$$ on a independant,
