True but that particular Raiden episode he def took liberties to explain how Raiden was on Earth for so long. The other episodes he hasnt really tweeked to much to garner that much of a change. Jax & Sonya are shown how they're constantly trying to stop Kano, we see a failed Hollywood actor like Cage get approached by Tsung about MK, we see how the sisters, Edenia & Jarrod, happened. He hasn't twisted their origins, Raidens he did.
It's called damage control, the director was probably afraid of a fanboy backlash. The irony is that for most people it has been their favourate ep so far.Originally Posted by Bloodspitta

Makes sense. I hope the makers do read the Youtube comments like they say, as there are a lot that basically say fuck the Mileena/Kitana style ones and do more like this!

Although THIS is by far my favorite episode, I thought the OG Sub Zero/Noob DID in fact kill human Scorpion no? In Mythologies he was sent on a mission to retrieve an artifact, human Scorpion stood in his way so he killed him and later met him again after being in the Netherealm as a specter
