So from the rumors going around...
Loki, being back on Earth & posessing Erick Selving, obtains the Cosmic Cube for his personal use (alluded to in Captain). Loki sees himself fit to rule Earth so using this he summons the Skrulls to the planet, an alien race (most likely the motion caption guys Cap & Thor are seen fighting) to help him takeover. Hulk is never too keen on being fully-on with the team, and later Loki possess Hulk like Erik controlling one of the more stronger Avengers. Its basically the team against the Skrulls & a Loki-possesed Hulk....with Hawkeye being the only one to tranquilize him with his arrows.
