well i guess to a 5 year old what your saying could make sense, but studies have been done and its been shown that what a woman wears bears no correlation to her chance of getting raped. Usually the people who commit rape will rape anything as long as their is a fair chance of getting away with it.

if a woman dresses slutty all she's doing is making a couple of guys horny, this doesn't increase the chances of her getting raped dramatically. thats what the stats say.
