Fuck Odd Future, Lil B etc, Big K.R.I.T is the best new artist in hip-hop in ages....

I've been saying this for a while, K.R.I.T not only drops two free albums with "K.R.I.T Wuz Here" last year and "Return Of 4eva" this year, that are not onlybetter than most albums ive paid for in the last two years, but easily two of the best albums of the last two years.

Initially i was a bit dissapointed with "Return Of 4eva", not that it wasnt dope but it just didnt measure up to "K.R.I.T Wuz Here". Over time its really grown on me and it may not have as much stand out tracks as his debut but its almost as good, bar about 2-3 tracks.

K.R.I.T came go from a banging southern track, so some real intorspective shit (easily his best area), to political/social, to women etc and although they may sound like topics that have been done countless times, he comes across sounding so fresh and full of personality that it sounds like the first time you've heard them.

Not only that, but he produces his own beats! His beats are some of the best i have heard in years, it hard to say if hes a better producer or rapper.

You should listen to them, It took me a while to finally give KRIT a chance but I'm glad I did.

It's a fair comparison, as both OF & Lil B are being hailed as saviours etc. I listen to tracks like Yonkers, Ass Milk, Wonton Soup, Ellen Degeneres etc. and I am in disfelief at this trash.

Ya, I was comparing them coz they are all deemed dope new artists (debatable to some). I don't dislike odd future, but wouldn't be the biggest fan in the world.

I thought big k.r.I.t may have been just another southern rapper that we've heard a million times, but I downloaded his first album as an off chance, and he is anything but the typical southern rapper.

Even his older mixtapers were dope "the last king" from '09 had some dope tracks on it.

I just hope when he releases his label debut, def jam won't fuckin interfere and just let him produce his own beats and do his own thing like he has so far.

I said I only used the comparison coz odd future are seen as the best new hip-hop in a long time, and i think big krit deserves to be mentioned as much as them, seeing as they are getting all the press.

I've stated before that I don't dislike odd future, when it all comes together it's incredibly dope (yonkers for example), but quite often it doesn't work.
