    Default uneffectual behavior

habits and such. negative thoughts and emotions. why is it so difficult to give up difficulty?

logically it would seem so simple

    good thread

its a evolutionary thing. it would help survival if if you remember more vividly things which are bad, so that you want to avoid them more in the future.

    Because its like sugar

    it gives us a rush

    and its easier to maintain

Staying focused in class takes discipline

shootin spit balls at people and making ass noises is so much easier

it adds to the quality of life, yes.

habits can be fun, when they go bad, you learn hopefully.

always being optimistic can be naive also.

i think materalism and self indulgance actually deprive quality of life which seem to be the root problems of this phenomenon

i was going to say something like that

    they do it for feeling
    makes them feel alive

but in some cases it may be unavoidable by the person its happening to

like a lil kid at school that gets bullied - this bully has been spittin in his milk for a whole year - so he always feels like there is spit in his milk even when there is no spit in his milk - he feels safer believing there is - it takes his energy away true but maybe in some cases it builds up an energy that motivates the victim to beat the bully senseless

yeh i guess, also depends from what view you're looking into this.

drug intake> makes you happy during high times>but soon you realise you aint focusing in life and youre losing money>you change and take up something worthwhile in life> perhaps something good came out of the ol' habit.

but your underlining point is credit worthy.

its easier to to go with the natural current/flow when you have no obligations, no responsibilities - nothing material outside of yourself that you cling on including people and food - and at higher stages air and water

its true that death is unnatural and unnecessary

cause one persons bad behavior is another persons good, not everyones goals values and intentions have the same conclusion and we're all play a series of games but expect want and value different outcomes.

people that view their set of values are correct have what's called a dictator complex. They see the answer to all questions and things in themselves and therefore when given power they try to stay in power forever or kill those against them because they believe they embody perfection and with there death goes 'the answers' or hope. Therefore, instead of helping people, which sometimes their actions may due, the become obsessed with projecting their 'solutions' and 'answers' even if it causes problems or kills the ppl it's trying to save. huge gap in logic

like stalin and his gulags, mass killings and forced labor inorder to make ppls lives better, or help them survive against the west (killing to make sure ppl survive)

hitler at the end of WWII when he was sending kids to go fight and at the very end denounced the german ppls superiority cause itr wasn't HIM that was proven wrong, it was their existance.

Karl Marx in trying to make a utopian society based on the elimination of parasitic class warfare when a utopain society is good for all and his philosophy was at the expense of the parasites(or the parasites in his eyes) and the believe that this would cure the worlds problems, and everyone would abandon their essential human nature for a more rational order.

Adam Smith in his belief that a capitalist system based on the manipulation of property, which at times is people, if better for the world when in such a system 10-12% of a population can only reep the benefits of it and everything and one else is property.

it was proven that the people that think most like this are economists dictators and psycho/sociopaths.

i used to be a bit this way as well, until i figured out how unhealthy it is.

Pale, you have 1000s of behaviors in real life that are rational or correct, but continue them without reason even though your logic tells you your fucking up or it's wrong.

    Sunny's right. It takes discipline.

Not everything comes with an instruction manual.

Some people are irresponsible, childlike, careless, and stupid.

    Why do you waste words?

A simple question was asked and it requires a simple answer.
