Grieves - Together/Apart.. Worth the MB?

I like this joint:



It's emo as fuck, but every now and then you need something different from hip-hop.

Is it an entire album of emo shit though, like new Atmosphere, or are there some bangers on there as well?

album is actually real good. the songs Boogie Man and Growing Pains are amazing. he is a more soft hearted rapper lol, but the lyrics are too good to ignore, nd the Budo kid making his beats is an absolute prodigy

I'm starting to like Grieves more and more the more I listen to him. Kid is nice, I'd say it's worth it. And I wouldn't call him emo, just someone who dares to have some substance in his music. Showing that you've got human emotions =/= emo..

If you need to have bangers on an album to buy it, Grieves isn't your best bet though. But like you said, sometimes you need something different.. Actually, I need to change shit up all the time, or I'll get bored as fuck. Mood music.
