This is a french horror film released 2008. I've recently been on a horror binge and can't get over how many flicks rely on a quick cut and a loud noise and pass it off as horror

it more than cheap scares, it will actually HORRIFY you through making you question and try and comprehend what is happening, and does not rely on cheap tactics


this movie will stay with me for a long time and its something that gives new meaning to the horror genre

if you wanna be truely disturbed by a movie you cant go far off than this.... check it out for sure

Very intense movie. I enjoyed it, but the last part definitely made my jaw drop open in horror.

I avoid these type of movies, I'm over the "tied-up-girl-with-dirt-on-her-face" trend that is the horror genre now.

Although there is definitely a lot of that in this movie, I'd say it goes beyond the typical "torture porn" cliches. The image above is from the first 5 minutes. The first half of the movie is more of a revenge-type story (for the girl in question), but after that it starts to get very very weird. It's not Hostel or Saw, that's for sure.
