it does sound a lot like "suge shot me", even if the way he says it is pretty weird, a weird emphasis on the syllables. theres definitely a sh- sound at the beginning. but i dunno. i think the guy who says it keeps on talking while pac is talking, so it might be just random background conversation they put in.
