I think Mayweather's trying to promote his fight with Cotto. He knows this type of comment will bring him attention. He should of offered Pacman the 50/50 split for PPV. Or taken the 55/45 winner takes the higher percentage that Pacman offered him. Pacman's agreed to the drug testing so this was his latest attempt to get his way out of the fight.
