Mef has a better command of flow than Ghost AND has held his own with Pac AND Biggie (something few can claim!) but Ghost has been grindin hard and puttin in all kinds of work when all Mef has been doin lately is complaining about how Def Jam did him dirty.

Can't deny how Ghost is usually the one to make me ask, "What the fuck he just say?" (anybody peep that 'Back in the Game' verse Ghost did? SICKNESS!).

If I had to pick one though, it would be Ghost. He consistently flips new ideas (he even calls the 'Wizard' album an R&B album!) and he keeps putting out new shit despite the condition of his contracts and the current shitty state of radio hip-hop.
    weep for lost babylon,
the bleeding god, the forgotten sheep slaughtered in a forest of evil fog
bordered by a sea of faults,
fleeing mobs turn to see the holocaust and become kings and queens of salt
    screaming shots, police and chalk,
wingless fallen demons walking among us as people...

i give the nod to ghost for the discography but this its closer than many people think.

method man has one of THE Illest flows in the rap game. can change the flow up every bar and still be right in pocket. can get on some bubblegum commercial shit then jump on some grimey dusty underground shit and sound totally natural in either setting. one of the best voices/deliveries in rap as well. plus he's consistantly the one bringing the most energy a charisma to the live stage.

still, ghostface doesnt have a tical 0 in his catalog and even his lesser albums are at least decent. also his delivery is great as well in his ability to convey emotions into his verses and his storytelling ability is tops in the game(ie. impoosible and Heart gently weeps).

method man is one of the most well rounded MCs in the game but ghosts takes it in this matchup.

    Meth is 4-5 albums overdue.....such a shame
Only a few years ago Hip Hop purists may have felt superior listening to hard core while their less enlightened companions snacked on commercial rap. As Shaolin research began to point out the overwhelming benefits of raw production, true hip hop enthusiasts started turning back to traditional styles. Wu-Tang in particular, has been shown to myriad beneficial effects, from warding off ignorance and poverty to reducing the risk of incarceration and death.

people who voted for Meth are just nostalgic about his glorious past. the real poll should be Ghost vs Rae. they're the ones that matter today. let's be real

^Seriously, Meth has been nowhere near as prolific or consistent as Ghost.

Not many MCs have been, to be perfectly frank.
