    lol @ dr. octagon being on a wu-tang blend mixtape

    most of these mash-up dudes don't seem to understand what being on beat means...and when it is on point it ignores the fact that, for example, meth and ghost have rhyme schemes that don't just follow the drum pattern but are conscious of all of the musical elements of the beat..alot of this shit sounds really awkward and i love portishead's albums

    ^I agree, I haven't cared for any of these blend albums. Even if they're on beat the tone and vibe is usually all wrong.
