use like limewire or bearshare, i downloaded a snes emu with 680 games, but some games dont work - search for "snes/genesis emu"

dont bother trying to download anything more advanced than the Super Nintendo.
playstations, 64s, etc... dont exist. your best bet is the SNES its got all the classics and you can download them all on that site too!

an emulator shouldn't be too hard to find on the net, you can grab roms via bit torrent or other file sharing progs....try www.emultra.com
never tried the psx emulator (epsxe), but I've played N64, SNES, NES, Genesis, GBA with no problems via my Xbox
