I always personally felt Snoop was a better MC than Dre, at least in the old days.

I always preferred Doggystyle over the Chronic, but both albums are dope.

Wu Tang Clan > Jackpot Scotty Wotty
    Pete Rock > Eddie F
    Jay-Z > Jaz-O
    Kanye West > No I.D. & Deric D Dot

well, I think that comparison cant be made, because one is famous for being a MC, another is famous for being a producer...its true that there would be no Snoop without Dre, but its a different thing, the closest thing to a Snoop Dogg protector is 2 Pac.

another one is, Cypress Hill might be really sucessful, but Alchemist has really surpassed Muggs imo.

Totally disagree with the Muggs/Alchemist part.

ALC is hot to def no doubt but he makes hot tracks... Muggs makes hot albums! ALC, especially on his own albums, never comes through IMO. Chemical Warfare had some hot tracks but all in all I was disappointed. And Russian Roulette, part Hip-Hop album, part 80's movie score?!! No thanks!

Muggs idea of running with one MC for an album has made for four classics so far, and no doubt more on the way after he gets this Dubstep/Hip-Hop fusion album outta the way.

    Muggs >>>>>> ALC

But ALC is still bangin, especially the Gangrene joints.

    Peace!

^^^^ But ALC can't make entire dope albums either! And Muggs did Kill Devil Hills just over a year and a half ago!! The guy drops one or two dubstep tracks and you write him off after a 20 year career?!! GTFOH!!

I'm a big ALC fan, dude is dropping some nice shit, but he aint on the same level as Muggs. Just wait til Muggs gets back on his Hip-Hop shit, if Muggs' next Hip-Hop album is anything less than classic I'll eat my words!

I'm waiting on the ALC/Action Bronson album to drop, see how ALC handles an album with one MC......

    Peace!

jay-z's flow was better back then, until he went to his current flow which seems like he's falling asleep.
