    Default prince paul talking NOI

Prince Paul DJ , Producer extraordinaire:
I've been working on this "Negroes on ice" album with my son for the last couple of years .. It's finally due to be released sept 25th !! This release reminds me of most of my past albums . Basically because There are a few people who don't believe in my work because its pretty different . Some say it's not good, perhaps people aren't ready for what I do and has low money making potential .. But I risk that criticism and all of the above because that's what artistry is about .. Pushing the envelope .. Remember sept 25th "Negroes on ice" please support bit.ly/OIl7RA
    bring back begongo!!

i'm always checking for anything by Prince Paul, he always got some interesting in the works and constantly pushes the boundaries of hip-hop. i thought this was some kind of musical / theater though?? this is actually an album? in that case, then that's absolutely fantastic news because i can't really remember the last time we heard an album from Paul. was it the Dino 5 stuff possibly?

Dino 5 is his latest project but he heavily produced the last Souls Of Mischief album in 2009. freakin dope beats. he is probably the most underrated producer in hip hop and my personal favorite. can't wait to hear NoI, Prince Paul's side projects are extraordinary, i have The Dix and Baby Elephant albums on CD.

^ word, forgot about the Souls Of Mischief joint, i would say that's his last project since he was 100% involved. i've read a lot of interviews about that album, and even the tracks he didn't get credit for, he tweaked the shit out of apparantly, like "Tour Stories" and all that.. i got most of Paul's albums on CD or wax too, that DIX EP is seriously underrated haha
