    this 1000x

some nerdy nitpicky internet broads on here. if this shit isnt up to your scary high standards, then YOU do something better. if cuban linx came out this year youd be like "no odb verse?? fuck this shit!"

also, "corny nyc shit"?? son, nyc is the whole reason youre even here talking about this. this group, this style wouldnt be here if not for nyc. HIPHOP wouldnt be here if not for nyc. dont be bitter cause no one gives a fuck what people in minnesota or connecticut or wherever youre from have to say. the only corny shit nyc produces is made for radio trash, trap style knockoffs, or whenever ny artists try to do some other regional sound for 5min

you shouldnt talk shit before knowing shit. Ill give you something: that "he's fucking old" shit makes you sound stupid. first of all, the longer they get to do their thing, the longer you get to do yours. also, almost everyone you listen to lies about their age (and Im not just talking 1 or 2 years) either through their management, or by deluding themselves. it's for stupid reasons, and it's completely unnecessary, but whatever. theyre "old" (40-50 years early) and youre young. congratulations. so what? youre young and no one cares about you!

U-God, Ghost, GZA, Masta Killa, Cappadonna & Deck...

"How come Wu-Tang was hating on RZA's beats and not on GZA's delivery. What's the purpose of writing the most mindblowing lyrics when your flow sucks."

They have been actually, the fans have been complaining about his lazy flow since at least Pro Tools (some started around Grandmasters). Its nothing new.

LOL @ niggaz trying to pick up the pieces for Gza....hahahaha y'all still waiting for that dark matter right?
Only a few years ago Hip Hop purists may have felt superior listening to hard core while their less enlightened companions snacked on commercial rap. As Shaolin research began to point out the overwhelming benefits of raw production, true hip hop enthusiasts started turning back to traditional styles. Wu-Tang in particular, has been shown to myriad beneficial effects, from warding off ignorance and poverty to reducing the risk of incarceration and death.

GZA's delivery picks up at the last couple bars...lmao he needs the whole verse to be like that at least... i get his intention, its like rae's calm down flow in recent years but rae dont sound tired, GZA does.

Gza needs a nap and a glass of milk before he raps verses

lol @ this being what people are complaining about:

he had a sword and an axe that cuts
under a robe that was woven from silver and gold, waxed it up
    his army was so great
the quantity of his crops, livestock boost the economy

many would travel by boat to see him
his image adorned most schools and colosseums
a merchant, hustled those silks and velvet
his portrait illuminated when the torch was well-lit
pictures so beautifully painted that one thought it'd breathe and move
cause it would leave a mood or energy

you see, his wife practiced yoga, made herbal enhancers that had saved the soldiers
guard the treasures in the chambers, halls and vaults

    well-prepared for all assaults
heavy-guarded village, armed with the sharpest weapons designed to pierce, cause blood spillage

if you said the mix was off - that gza came in over the wrong part of the beat (he probably recorded his verse over the part with less instrumentation) - I would agree with you. but that verse is something you wouldnt hear from almost every rapper

    - - - - - - - - -

here's a link to the worst song ever recorded by anyone

It's hard to explain, it's like his flow matches perfectly with the drum- He's definitely the most naturally gifted clan member next to Meth when it comes to flow
"The devil trembles when he knows the body is the temple and God is in you
It's hard to continue when it's hard to offend you
He snarls and sets traps, that have you setback
The last round in this death match
So strengthen where you're best at
I promise you won't regret that" - Killah Priest

Only U-god and Ghost weren't boring, and U-god was the best. Everyone else was predictable and forgettable with Gza being point blank wack
