The label could have put a best of triple CD around 98/99 and it still would be 10/10
He had that many good tracks.

I wouldn't put this album in my top ten though, or top 100 for that matter.
Simply because I think its a bit of a cheat to put a best of album against normal albums.
Another good thing about Pacs Greatest Hits is that you get some new tracks too.
