England Or France (because everybody shit on them which is the best thing that can happen for a national team before a world cup, remember Brazil and Germany in 2002 !)

But the voice of the reason tells me Argentina will win.

    I'll watch carefully Ivory Coast.
And America... well they can again make it to the 8th or quarters.

I'll be going to a few games, I've not booked any flights yet though.
I reckon Germany and Holland are both good bets to win, looking at the odds.
Brazil look most likely winners, but because of this their odds are short.

I reckon USA will go out at the group stage, sorry.

After the 12 October 2005 round of qualification matches, the following teams had secured qualification (shown here broken down by regional association):

Well I won't go. I had the luck to see a worldcup match in 98 (Paraguay vs Bulgary) and of course it was the fuckin only match which score was 0-0 at the end lol.

I agree that Holland are strong... they've got some veterans and a lot of young talent...
England will put up a better fight than in the euro, and might make it as well... crouch is a blessing...
Both Spain and France are loosing pace, you can see spain aren't even qualified yet...
USA are getting better and better, but not yet a force to be reckoned with for the medals... you need to stop playing your football and start playing football!!!
Brazil are always contenders, and will be... Robinho is incredible, he's been playing very well for Real the matches i've seen...
Germany, Argentina, Italy and (if they're lucky) Portugal might also be seen in the last two rounds....
anyway, that's my thoughts on it....

    ^^sana, why so surprised?

my hopes are on Brazil... that's a team and a half....

but looking at that list, Argentina, England,France are the only teams which will really give Brazil a run for their money...
    this listing sucks....

I fancy Argentina. Full of exceptionally talented individuals, when they turn it on no team in the world can stop them- including brazil. Plus after the shame of going out in the groups last time they'll be going all out to make amends. They also have a player in Lionel Messi capable of lighting up the tournament.

no doubt, but no way that france is going far.... they team is fallin off, and zidane is getting old... he's still a GREAT player, but he's not fast enough anymore, and i doubt he'll be able to play in all the matches in such an intensive tournament.
