Two Rare Tracks...

Man, I haven't been on this site in like four years! I wonder if in that time, anyone has found this info out:

I'm looking for the physical media for two songs:

IAM feat. Sunz Of Man & Universal - "Dark Castle" (this has been floating around with the La Saga EP but only in digital form, and the rip is terrible. I found a Much higher quality version on YouTube, but no one has been able to tell me exactly which mixtape it was ever released on.)

Gravediggaz - "Final" (aka "Armageddon" and "True Indeed")
This is a demo from around the Pick, Sickle, Shovel era. I have never actually figured out where it originates from (although a recording I have seems to point towards the Sway & Tech "Wake-Up Show").

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Oh, and I'm still looking for the whole Wu-Tang Mountain Dew commercial audio in its entirety as well
