If he's the only thing holding this album up then I say yes leave him off, he's not bigger than this project... He's had what, 6 months to contribute something to this project? Hell he could have e-mailed something across in that time at least! Delaying it because of him is only feeding his ego.
After this was made public Rae will only come through with some lazy shit now any ways. If the likes of MKilla and Uey are more hungry for this then I say reward them with more shine on the album! I honestly think Rae thinks he's bigger than the clan at this point.
It's not like more/less people will check for this if Rae is/isn't on it. YDB will likely be rapping in place of ODB so it won't be like a real clan album anyway! RZA had no problem leaving Ghost off Life Changes for similar reasons so I don't see why he's waiting on Rae.

I'm not a Raekwon fan at all, but it would be a shame for him to not participate in the final Wu album. But at this point if Raekwon's ego is holding him back, let him learn from this experience and regret not contributing in hindsight.

Raekwon prefers doing featuring with garbage artist its his problem, and its a shame if he doest move his big ass to make some verses.
Otherwise killa sin may take his place, and so killa will able to bring 4th disciple to handle production

As it is the last Wu-Album I'd be very surprised if Rae don't make it on there.
