Anyone aware CERN funding isn't entirely devoted to particle physics research, and that they created ENQUIRE aka The World Wide Web in '89?

I don't buy into the hysteria of the LHC creating a quantum black hole that swallows our planet up. Cosmic rays are constantly hitting us and produce a far higher energy.
