Exactly.
This is my stance on Killah Priest, Vinnie Paz, Eminem and most notably Holocaust.
And I'd rather listen to the above more than Nas, Tragedy Khadafi, Canibus & GZA
As they have everything the 2nd line-up has and more in terms of range.
If I wanted to hear the same old shit over and over I have CD's & Songs for that
I don't need an artist to do it throughout their whole career.
Honestly don't see how anyone can front on BULL FROG YAY
Pat ribbit adlibs through a hard coke rap
The synths in that production sound like some fukkin steam
Pat is only getting more gutter imo. What are Wu doing? Wtf is wu doing? I don't even fukkin have any idea and i'm posting on their damn forum!!
Pat is the rap game dude in resevoir dogs chopping that ear off in a chippy manor
i'm sorry but ghetty green is superior to mista dont play.
i fux with pat heavy but co-sign ben. pat aint dropped no NEW material in about 15 years.
recycling ass nicca.
With the exception of rae meth n rza wu have gone the way of old rappers struggling not to sound old. Hurts my heart to say cuz ill still listen to w.e they drop.

that ghost album is worth less than the nokia speakers youre probably playing it on
real recognize real probably ends up as project pat best album. juicy j seeing more paper today than any new york rapper from his era. its funny to me east coast rappers wouldn't let the south say shit in the 90s now look who took over. every where sounds south now. ny lost their sound to the south.
south were always a step ahead of the game when sampling left hip hop. they were ready for this. It killed Wu.
jadakiss fucked the game up when he suggested that niggas "switch to south paw". but honestly its all about being able to relate and 'context'. i was raised on ny hip hop but most of the time i couldnt relate to what they were talking bout. kinda like how you might feel listening to project pat. you like the sound but unless you from the south you can't understand the context.
now the internet can give you a front row seat thats closer than ever before but...
Mista Don't Play is my favourite Pat album. I don't get why you dudes want artists to change up their style. They know what they're good at and what their fans want. If you want to hear something different go listen someone else.
These are some thirsty ass tracks. Nobody front. Then there's also Chickenheads, Don't Save Her and Fuckin with the Best. Juice goes full magic on this album. No lie.
Layin da Smack Down is another solid Pat album. Real dudes feel it.
Pat started with a simple style so nobody expected artistic growth from him. He was never going to evolve. i think certain artists show a lot of promise and possibility at the start of their career and those are the ones that we want to see exploring new territory. Its a shame when you know theres more to an artist but they stay in their comfort zone.
Theres nothing more to Pat, and his fans already know thats what he is.
Pat isn't a pretentious faggot like some rappers. I don't go listen to dance or rap music to hear about human rights in Myanmar or child starvation in Burundi.
Point of thread is, Wu ain't Wu anymore for a long time while Pat stays Pat. Stay true to yourself. Real talk.
