Torz Reynolds tweezed the "Chopper's B****" inking off her arm before tying it up in a ribbon and mailing it to former lover Stuart "Chopper" May.
The 26-year-old, from London, took the drastic step after finding out May, also 26, had been cheating on her.
"Posting the tattoo to Chopper sent a clear message," Reynolds told the Daily Star, adding: "Now he knows never to mess with me again."
Reynolds claims that May, who she'd dated for two years, ditched her by pretending to move to Alaska for his dream job.
But she later realized he had in fact shacked up with a woman in nearby Essex with whom he'd been having an affair for six months.
"I packaged it up so it really did look like a present. I even used different handwriting so he'd have no idea that it was me," Reynolds added.
