Listened to it 4 times now, Shitsville and Bomb featuring Raekwon are some great tracks. Have to say I'm surprised by the album, didn't think it was going to be better than the first two EP's.

Just left my local BBQ spot, now playing Harolds. I could understand souless Euros not feeling this album lmao.
very dope, fucking great to hear Scarface and Raekwon here but didn't care much for the other guests but Freddie Gibbs definitely come through - i've been a fan since he started to break through but most of his albums was not front-to-back bangers for my tastes though they always had some extremely crazy banger on em. this one goes all the way with Madlib's impressive production! this will be getting a whole lot of spins
daily updates: news, articles, reviews, the best compilations on the net. that true skool street hop!
r.i.p. Johan D, Kaddu, Ricke a.k.a. "Slick Rick" and the rest of the fallen soldiers - you'll never be forgotten!
thanks for heads up I had no idea, opinion coming..
I see I'm deep in the minority here, but I'm not wild about this one. It's good, quite good, but not in a way that makes me excited at all. I was expecting more from Gibbs and Madlib, certainly. It's good, and I like it, but I really expected this shit to reach out and grab me, which it didn't. I don't know. Maybe I gotta let it grow a little.
Damn... I feel ashamed tbh
i look at this album like this....
madlib is definitely one of the best producers doin this hip hop shit at the moment.
gibbs & guilty simpson are easily 2 of the best street orientated mc's currently making hip hop music.
'lib & simpson shoulda been a classic, but there were WAY too many skits on that joint. take the skits out and you have one of the best albums of that year. but the skits kinda made it fall flat.
madlib learned from that & barely did the skit thing on this one.
& gibbs ripped every beat on this thing.
shit is just straight up street music. solid as fuck.
