    NC man accused of sucking woman’s toes at Walmart identified, charged

    LINCOLNTON, N.C. — A man accused of sucking on a woman’s toes at Walmart in Lincolnton has been arrested, according to police.
    Michael A. Brown has been charged with assault on a female.
    WSOC reported that Brown started a conversation with the woman in Walmart and told her he was a podiatrist student.
    The victim told police Brown talked her into trying on several pair of shoes in the shoe department.
    The victim said he took her foot, put it into his mouth and sucked on her toes, according to police.
    According to WSOC, Brown is a registered sex offender and was convicted of attempted sexual assault in Cabarrus County in 2001.
