a lot of hipster assholes are buying a lot of properties even in bed-stuy, bushwick and flatbush. i did electrical for 3 houses within the low income parts of brooklyn for white hipster property owners and two of them told me there's a lot of money in buying property in the ghetto and flipping them and selling them to other white people.

i don't think you should call it "trendy"..just chasing money. plus shit nowadays is tough so whites are moving in to ghetto areas. what have you read, learned or saw or whatever that made you create this thread?

One on end i think it's good because the black people were fucking off anyways, on the other hand I think a lot of the ways it's going about aren't right. Lol what the hell does chief keef have to do w/ anything? He bought a modest sized house in the suburbs and destroyed the entire lawn with his 4 wheelers from what i saw in a vice.com documentary.

Whites can't win in either situation. Move into the city, renovate shithole neighbordhoods and its gentrification.

Flee the city and move to the outskirts because of high crime rates and it's white flight.

I live near Oakland California. For the past 10 years, white hipsters and young couples have moved to Oakland for its cheap rent. Oakland has never looked nicer, cleaner, and crime has decreased. I hope this trend keeps going.
