Hi Mods!

I was wondering how long it takes for someone new like me to be enabled to start giving rep to good posts.

From the FAQ section :
'To give reputation, click on the reputation icon in the relevant post. This will reveal a form to complete with the reputation type and the reason for giving the reputation.'

As tends to be the story of my life nothing is revealed to me when clicking on the icon.
