I've been at it for years now, just did 9 miles in 88 degree weather. I think i did damage to my brain though because I've had a headache for 2 days.

We have a competition at work for most miles walked/ran, and i have to beat this ill mexican bitch that does around 5 miles a day. I would eat her ass.

On a sat or sun I'll average 25-30 miles if im motivated.

I rollerblade on average 1 to 2 miles a year.

Before i bought my house i lived a mile from my job so i walked erryday but now i live 5 miles from work so its all about sitting on my ass driving to work. And then when i get there i sit on my ass and drive some more.

Needless to say i gained about 6 pounds in the last year.

But i like street hockey and fucking my wife so i get at least 60 minutes a day on average some kind of exertion.

i bike too but my bike is still in nebraska (i moved to texas). Now that I'm working things are stable enough to go into my routine. I don't do no 25 miles though.

Houston is really not bike/pedestrian friendly because it has 3rd world sidewalks (many neighborhoods dont have sidewalks and most have side walks that show up and disappear randomly, you wouldn't believe it.

Eye swim 2-4km 6 days a week and go for really long bike rides/walks whenever the surf is shit, but eye hate jogging. Never do it.
