^Peace lord. I'm more interested in whether it actually WAS sampled or not as opposed to where it came from if it was, but would def still like to know what it's from if it was sampled. Will have to hit a playa up.

Regarding my own ish I recorded an acoustic guitar track yesterday n played a riff over it today on electric, n it actually sounds pretty trill, tho the thyming's not perfect, which is something cheating cunt copy/pasters take for granted, lolz. Spent the whole night writing my first ever bass line, which I'll def need to practice a bit before recording, n then it'll prob ending up sounding shit n I'll have to scrap it, lolz. Spent about an hour trying to come up with a suitable drum beat this arv n didn't come up with anything useable. Try again tomorrow. After all that I'll c if it's worth adding a keyboard part.

Fucken hard work going this route. Believe me. Lolz. Fucked thing is I reckon it'll sound better now with just the 2 guitars than it will after I've added everything else. Tempted to get down over it on some Ka shit, lolz.

Been working on the acoustic part for a couple of weeks btw. Didn't just pull that out of nowhere yesterday, lolz. Even the electric riff is something I came up with ages ago, but added to last night.

interesting stuff - shame the album doesn't have sample credits. i just assume it's sampled because rm seems to exclusively make sample based beats, and has used a lot of guitar stuff on other tracks (although it is a very clean loop). he delves into a lot of guitar music, across a bunch of genres.

i like how his production has changed over time (i think i rambled about it a few pages back) - the laid back simplicity of the beats on RR was perfect for the album.
