How do you know these are facts and not propaganda?A Few facts as of now:
Satellite shots show Rebels smuggling the Buk missile system into Russia yesterday. Also a video shot of the BUK has been posted online driving back into Russia
Close Satellite shots show One to Two Rockets missing from the BUK
Phone calls between rebels and Russian Military can be found online with a convo of rebels reporting they have shot down a plane believed to be a Ukrainian AN-26 transport. Another call has the convo going with rebels saying its a civilian plane but they believe were carrying spys into Russia.
Its been known for a few week now that Russia has been supplying rebels with heavy weaponry and Russian Mercenaries through taps and satellite images by US
Rebels wont let investigators investigate - Perhapes to cover up and take evidence
here are two interpretations: One is that Putin controls Russia almost single handedly with his noted vertical of power. If so, he must be held personally responsible for what his agents did. The second interpretation is that Russia is falling apart as mercenaries move themselves and heavy military equipment at will within Russia and across its borders.

There needs to be an independent investigation quickly. Satellite images are not enough. The plane wreckage needs to be examined.
I was listening to an expert. He was saying that all commercial airliners send out a distinctive signal and therefore if it was Russian forces who where manning that missile launcher, they would have known that the plane was a commercial airliner (probably from some kind of on board radar system the launcher has). He then concluded it was most likely rebels, who have little to no experience/training with surface to air missiles who fired.

In order to discuss weapons especially of this sort, you should at least have decent knowledge of it. The strongest BUK with +10km range is branded Telar (cause of radar and launcher it uses), and rebels don't have it. Then, you must understand that it takes serious knowledge to maintain and use that system.
That plane was either shot down by a fighter jet or some other system. Official Kiev has shown panic and does everything to blame Russia I guess. Russians play hard too, but I'd rather beleive them. Ukraine is officialy a nazi state now.

THE BUK TIMELINE PART 1
On June 29, Russia's official news agency, ITAR-TASS, reported that pro-Russian separatists took a Buk system under their control. The report does not specify whether or not this was theft from the Russian or Ukrainian militaries, only that the rebels had seized control of the weapons system.
The timespan of the alleged recordings of the separatists by SBU:
July 14 – SBU taps a conversation that presents the first evidence that terrorist units have in their possession the anti-missile system Buk, which is capable of hitting targets at a significant altitude. But at the time there was no other confirmation of its location on the territory of Ukraine at the time. This is a conversation between “Oleg” Bugrov Oleg Yevgenievich, chief of headquarters of Lugansk People's Republic's Army, deputy defense minister of the Lugansk People's Republic, and “Oreon” - a citizen of Russian Federation, officer of Main Intelligence Department of the Main Headquarters of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.
Oreon says: “We have a Buk now, fuck it! We will shoot them down.”
July 17, 1 a.m. SBU's counter-intelligence department receives information that Russian Federation passed a Buk, complete with a team, to the terrorist groups in Ukraine. It was transferred over the border close to the town of Sukhodolsk at 1 a.m.
July 17, 9:00 a.m. Buk was moved to Donetsk, and later to Pervomaisk. The information comes from another tapped conversation released by the SBU where two terrorists, identified as “Khmuryi” (Sergei Nikolayevich Petrovskiy, officer of Main Intelligence Department of the Main Headquarters of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation) and “Buryat” (an unidentified fighter of Donetsk People's Republic) discuss what to do with the missile launch system. Buryat says he brought one system, and it needs to be hidden. But Khmurui says it will traveling along with tanks of Vostok battalion, and directs the Buk to Pervomaisk
THE BUK TIMELINE PART 2:
July 17, around 17:00 CEST.
The Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) released recordings of intercepted phone calls between “terrorists” on their website, according to the Kiyv Post.
One of the three alleged phone calls was made 20 minutes after the plane crash by Igor Bezler, a pro-Russian separatist and rebel commander. The security agency said he called his “coordinator” Vasyl Mykolaiovych Geranin, whom the SBU claims is a colonel of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the GRU, Russia’s military intelligence apparatus.
“We have just shot down a plane. That was miner’s group. It feel down outside Yenakievo,” Bezler allegedly told Geranin. “The plane broke into pieces in the air, close to Petropavlovskaya mine. There is the first two-hundreth (sic) dead, we have found the first two–hundredth (sic). It’s a civilian.”
The second conversation was apparently between pro-Russia militants named “Major” and “Greek,” confirming that it was a Malaysia Airlines Plane. The third is between Cossack commander Nikolay Kozitsin and an unnamed militant. Kozitsin believes a plane flying over Eastern Ukraine "means they were carrying spies. They shouldn’t be f…cking flying. There is a war going on."
The calls are still unverified, but this isn’t the first time the SBU has been accused of spying. In 2004, a former member of the intelligence agency accused it of spying on politicians and officers, even some overseas.

ETN received information from an air traffic controller in Kiev on Malaysia Airlines flight MH17.
This Kiev air traffic controller is a citizen of Spain and was working in the Ukraine. He was taken off duty as a civil air-traffic controller along with other foreigners immediately after a Malaysia Airlines passenger aircraft was shot down over the Eastern Ukraine killing 295 passengers and crew on board.
The air traffic controller suggested in a private evaluation and basing it on military sources in Kiev, that the Ukrainian military was behind this shoot down. Radar records were immediately confiscated after it became clear a passenger jet was shot down.
Military air traffic controllers in internal communication acknowledged the military was involved, and some military chatter said they did not know where the order to shoot down the plane originated from.
Obviously it happened after a series of errors, since the very same plane was escorted by two Ukrainian fighter jets until 3 minutes before it disappeared from radar.
Radar screen shots also show an unexplained change of course of the Malaysian Boeing. The change of course took the aircraft directly over the Eastern Ukraine conflict region.
Some tweets received suggest this may have been a secret military uprising against the current Ukrainian president under the direction of formerly-jailed Prime Minister Timoshenko.
According to other rumors, the black box for this crashed Malaysian Airlines flight was taken by Donetsk separatists. A spokesperson for the rebel group said this black box would be sent to the Interstate Aviation Committee headquartered in Moscow.
The First Deputy Prime Minister of the self-proclaimed People’s Republic of Donetsk, Andrew Purgin, stated that the flight recorders of the crashed aircraft will be transferred to Moscow for examination.
Sources say the Rebel group leadership hopes this would confirm the Ukrainian military actually shot down this aircraft. This was reported by the news agency Interfax-Ukraine.

Very interesting. Its still not 100% conclusive that the Ukraine Military took it out though.
