NEW Wu-TANG CLAN SINGLE - "Ron O'Neal"

RZA just posted the new Wu-Tang Clan single "Ron O'Neal" to his Soundcloud... pretty ill, but when the hell are they gonna realize that we don't need no B-grade R&B singer on the hook... i prefer "8 Diagrams" over the two singles so far, but i still have hope:

I had a dream last night that this was old news, that a Thread had already been posted, but after Cilvaringz had made a couple of comments on the Thread he suddenly decided to delete the Thread. Odd dream.

Nice song, if I was gay, but I'm not, so the songs shit and sounds like a throwaway soundtrack track. The Wu has officially lost it as a Collective if this is the track to wet our appetites for the new final album.

Thanks, I really like this track after a few listens, i think it will be a banger by the time its on the album.

weird i had the same dream too.... it was there one second, refreshed the page and it just dissapeared. huh. two days earlier i had a similar dream where somebody deleted my post in the dailyshow thread and merged that ron o'neil link with someone elses... very odd indeed

i actually liked it more when they performed it live than the mp3

had to stop it halfway through, the song was too monotonous
live drums and live 'samples' will forever lack the quality of sampled vinyl drums and instruments, especially as RZA knows how

Yeah I liked it on The Daily Show but i'm not a fan after letting it sink in, what do the verses have to do with the hook and the Masta Killa part? It sounds like a mess.

RZA really needs to stop with those sugar coated hooks. Who does he think he's appealing to? I'd love to know.

Not a fan of those live drums, but hey. This is what we're going to get now I guess.

Track is ok. Nothing more. Nice interpolation of of Wu-Tang Clan Ain't Nuthin' Ta F' Wit snuck in there.

it's not a wack track by any means, the beat is pretty ill and the verses are on point but that sugar coated hook isn't doing anyone any favor... with the two singles released so far, i prefer "8 Diagrams" sound by far.
