Default Q's The 50 Heaviest Albums of All Time

This should probably be in the Sound Shack, but i find it very fascinating that the magazine Q put a Wu-Tang album in there... there's also Mobb Deep's "Hell On Earth" and Scarface's "The Diary"... great albums, but there's definitely harder hip-hop albums out there, they should have something by El-P in there, maybe "Funcrusher Plus" or "Fantastic Damage". but anyway i'm glad they included hip-hop music as well...

what do you think of the list? a lot of great albums in here, also very cool that they have Miles Davis' 1974 live album "Dark Magus" in there. that's a whole lot harder than most metal albums, which is fantastic considering Miles also made "Birth of the Cool", "Kind of Blue", and so on.

I'm surprised they went with Tical over the other early wu efforts.

true but i think it's because of the darkness... "Tical" is a very, very dark album from start to finish so i can kind of see it though

How do they define heavy though? If it's sonically heavy (which it looks like) then wtf at including The Diary when you industrial acts, drum n bass, metal n all a that
