Charles' opinion has a lot to do with his race, as much it has to do with his musical preference. Black people and White people have somewhat different tastes when it comes to rap/Music in general. It's like how black people like Michael Jackson's "Off the Wall" album most and White people like "Thriller" or How Lord Jamar thinks White rappers are corny ect....and white folks (most of them) acted like Eminem was some sort of messiah, when he came out !.... I think Charles and blacks in general, gravitate towards the more real, rugged and raw side of rap that has flavor and articulates their daily life struggles. Where as Whites like more intellectual (dare I say) White orintated rap, whether its by a black artist or white one.

Just my opini though.

P.s Blacks can also like some real ignorant, corny rap too lol.
