Default Greatest debut album by a rock band?

Was watching a doco on Oasis' classic debut album 'Definitely Maybe' last night. As with any album doco it had its share of interviewees claiming it as the greatest debut album of all thyme, which I thought was a little far fetched.

But then when I thought about it I realised that of the bands I listen to it actually is probably the best debut album. In hip hop, debut albums are very commonly the best albums a group or artist ever puts out, but not so in rock. I can think of reasons for that. But I'd never really thought about it before.

Anyway, what do you think is the best ever debut album by a rock band?

Doesn't have to be strictly rock. Just a band that plays mostly conventional instruments. Nahmean?

Also, don't forget...Suck this drunk alcohol dick.

Its interesting, most of them seem to peak after their debut. I have an idea why that seems to happen with classic rock acts due to the era but I'd be interested to hear noels take on it.
