How do I master?

That's mixing, not mastering.
Get the vocals in one "track" and the beat in another. Then EQ to your pleasure.
I like to break the beat up into individual tracks. Hi hats in one, kick/snare in another, then bass. Then put the vocals in a seperate track on top of everything else.
