Who keeps sleeping with this fat woman?
A judge ordered a New Jersey man to pay child support on one twin after DNA testing determined the babies had two different fathers.
In the initial claim, the woman gave just one man’s name on her petition for child support.
However, seeing that the unnamed defendant was actually only the biological father of one of them, Judge Sohail Mohommed of the Passaic County Superior Court dismissed the mother’s claim for support of the other child.
“Heteropaternal twins” are sets who are born with two different fathers.
The rare phenomenon happens when a woman produces two eggs during her cycle, and then each becomes fertilized and implanted within a few days of the same cycle.
“It’s possible a woman can have sex with a man on a Tuesday and have sex with a different man on Wednesday,” says Dr. Brooke Rossi, an obstetrician and gynecologist, “and it is possible for [her] to get pregnant.”
According to a 1997 medical journal, one in 13,000 paternity cases involved twins with different dads.
