I don't think Prodigy ever fell off, he still delivers great dark music. He had ups and downs like every artist but hes more consistent than most.
As for Eminem, He will sometimes put out a decent song here and there but hes definitely better with drugs. 'Phenomenal' is exactly the opposite of what he should be doing - motivational songs with singing in them. That worked for one song, now he should leave it alone and get back to the shit in my sig.
