    Default Classic

    An absolute fuckin classic.

I know a number of the tracks had been kickin around on vinyl for years, but it doesn't matter - the album is phenomenal. Shabazz is arguably the most talented rapper around. Just listenin to Hip-Pop makes me laugh at the suggestion that Jay-Z is the king of NY. Top it off with a guest appearance (even if I did already have it on vinyl) from my favourite rapper of all time - Poetic, and you've got one of the best albums of the last few years. Ordering his new album now, to see if he can manage a repeat using all new material.

    Favourites include:

Hip-Pop (what MC can match the flow on this?)
    Cremate 'Em
Surrender (Thieves In Da Night Pt.2)
Thieves In Da Night - Heist
    Street Parables
    Ghetto Apostles
    Lamb's Blood
    Organised Rhyme Pt.2

Word, this is def one of the classics, and what made Shabazz on of my absolute favorite affiliates. And Street Parables is probably my fav track, but it's really tight up there..

its a top quality album but 10/10? come on are you gonna rate wu forever and OB4CL as good as the book of shabazz?

beginning to end the whole cd is worth spinning tho.. tons of good beats and ideas and shabazz always comes nice

    8.5/10 is good

this is how a wu killa bee album should sound even though he's not officially a killa bee now. but the CD would have even been more better if he would've included the classics Death Be The Penalty feat. Kavalier and I'm Breathing for You.

Shabazz is dope (Red Hook represent) but the sequencing & skits here were wack-- doesn't effect THE MUSIC but more thoughtful presentation would've been nice.
