def some great tracks on the debut album

I feel like RZA could have put in more of an effort in producing beats or overseeing overall production (the way he would do on ghost's supreme clientele)

I have no idea how anybody else rates it to know if its underrated or not. I think its pretty good. 'Lay Down' in particular is dope.

Agreed but INS was amazing production wise and lyrically on this album I would love to see like another wu-massacre type project with Deck, U-God and Masta Killa

Probably not underrated. It's probably more the fact wu tang has put out so much shitty music since then that when u go back to it after listening to some more recent shit it sounds good in comparison

Agreed, All U Gods Lps are saved by dope production and guest features.

Without those features I would not be checking for any U God solo.

His album is not underrated, its boring to listen all the way through the album. Deck and Rae had albums dropping around the same time and their flow was way better. Then Supreme Clientele dropped a few months later and shitted all over those three lp's.

There are a few dope tracks on this album like "Rumble", "Dat's Gangsta" or "Pleasure of Pain". Wouldn't call it a classic tho

"I know your deeds, that you are neither cold nor hot. I wish you were either one or the other! So, because you are lukewarm—neither hot nor cold—I am about to spit you out of my mouth" (Rev. 3:15-16)

I think it's a good album , suffers from arrangement issues though
