This 22 year old got stabbed and killed in a park near my old hood in Toronto this weekend. We used to hang out, and party in parks all the time at that age. I'm proud and grateful that I grew up and out the hood. Straight up I'm blessed. I have a really blessed life.

See, you're laughing at that but there's a lot of truth in it. A lot of people from my old hood are locked up, on hard drugs, welfare or worse. That's some real life shit. Some got out - got educated, have good work and have healthy families. I have 14 albums out, my college diploma, my apartment, my health, no addictions etc.

I'm re-releasing my 2005 album "Scarecity" in December digitally and will drop a sampler for it soon! That, new videos, a new clab album completely produced by Jak Tripper, Goretex and Boxgut's producer - Beatahoe. Like Big Bear, I'm doing thangs watch me rise.
