Should have given him more time, I am in the belief that a Rugby player has a better chance of transitioning to American football than vice versa. They just need to get to grips with the game and adapt to playing in one role. Rugby is different in that your expected to do much more, in American football a player has one role, in Rugby your evaluated on a lot of other qualities because your required to do more.
