Masta Killa-9th Wonder Collab Would Have Mass Appeal Grandmasters Lacked

No disrespect to GZA and Muggs but after listening to Killa on The Wonder Years and, especially, on Mansa Musa, I realized how much chemistry there was between 9th and Killa.

A collab album between those two would definitely be a hit.

Truth is when it comes to that vintage Wu swag, few members of the clan got it better than Jamel Irief in 2015. On tracks like Merry Go off Mansa Musa, he brings that disassociated rhyme scheme that's always be a Wu signature style -- think Cappadonna on Triumph or Ghost on Nutmeg. Shit sounds like improvised Kung Fu -- classic Wu.

Bottom line, putting my vote in for a 9th Wonder-Masta Killa album. Hopes this spreads!

That's like saying OB4CLII was originally billed as a sequel to OB4CL, or that ABT was billed as a return to yesterday

I mentioned it bc people who hadn't heard it were looking at the tracklisting posted above, with each track tagged "HaLo & Masta Killa." Some thought it was a full collaboration album, like Czarface for example.
