as tragic as these attacks were, how many more thousands of people have died in the past year in Yemen and Syria and Iraq due to terrorism? I know people view the deaths in France as more "significant" since--let's face it--France is considered a "civilized European country," so the deaths make it that more tragic...supposedly. meanwhile, nobody really cares about the poor schmucks in less-developed countries
