Default This is a top five 4th Disciple beat...

^ this track is way too underrated even among hardcore Wu fans, to me it's up there with "Wu Renegades", "Death Be The Penalty", "Impossible" and "Soldiers Of Darkness", etc.

the ambient, dreamy quality that the electric piano/bass loop conjures up in combination with the drum programming and that yearning saxophone hook that just screams of the blues and a longing for a better life... man, this is one incredible track, that One Man album is crazy

anybody know about the whereabouts on One Man?

i remember that when you downloaded the original package of that release it came with some PDF files one which was a document that supposedly was a case file on the man behind the One Man moniker who was sentenced to 35 to life or something like that... but then i came to think that maybe that was just to play in with the theme of the album.. would be really interesting to know, the only thing i've heard is that he was one of the earliest cats 4th worked with, hailing from Steubenville and that some of these tracks dates back to 1994

4th Disciple is the greatest Wu producer after RZA, hands down.

maybe the thread title was not the best, this thread is for the appreciation of One Man / 4th Disciple's "Black Sheep" joint, but you are of course free to discuss your favorite 4th productions on here as well
