shrekli is a snake ass liar though, yes they may provide the meds for free, but the hoops you have to go through to obtain the drugs can take an inordinate amount of time and require time and effort that a physically ill person may not have or are not capable of making. It is a very difficult process from what I've read. Do not take his words at face value, ffs he's being indicted for fraud.

Actually , under the Ryan white act, the federal government is obligated to give terminally ill patients their meds at all costs so either way, they wouldn't be affected by price hikes, only the insurance company so I doubt that changed any dynamic concerning their access to the medication they need
