I watch this on Twitch a lot. It looks hard as heck.
I gave up on the 2nd one. I don't want videogames to be frustratingly difficult. Just make them a fun distraction, thats it.
still gotta pick this up

Game looks good. Very aesthetic.

Finished it the other day. The second half was just amazing if you understand the lore. I had to honestly stand in awe when I first encountered Irithyll, I can't believe people play this on a fucking console holy shit something so beautiful was wasted on an extremely low end PS/Xbox PC.
It always makes me laugh when people say it's too hard. The game is fucking easy people are just use to linear Bethesda Skyrim/Fallout type games where your hand is held the whole way. I'm pretty sure I fucked up the NPC quests because Greirat never returned, I never found Siegward after the Yhorm fight and what's that dudes name fucking died on me randomly lol I was disappointed there was no painted world.
Archdragon Peak was beautiful and The Nameless King fight was fun as fuck but the bosses are disappointingly easy just like they were in Dark Souls 2. There really hasn't been a hard boss in a souls game since Ornstein & Smough but they nerfed the game to compete with the Skyrim pussies

I thought they were mostly disappointingly easy tbh besides the Nameless King which is only a problem because of the camera. The other hard ones I found were the Dancer, Prince Lothric and Pontiff Sulavyn who I found the hardest and was my first boss in the game I struggled with.
The game isn't hard and people take the dying thing too seriously. Dying is actually part of the lore too so play the game ironman. There's a few areas that are absolutely stunning, walking out of the cave and being hit with Irithyll was amazing.
